As part of the process, we'll briefly screen to verify if you income qualify for both market rate and affordable homes.

Once you complete and submit this form, you will receive an email confirming your submission. If you do not see this email, please check your spam filter. This confirmation is important – it assures that you are officially on our waitlist. At times, our waitlist can be long, but rest assured your place on the list is secure.

As you approach the top of our waiting list, we will personally contact you. You will receive an email containing instructions to complete the Rental Application Form. Following that, our team will work diligently with you to complete all necessary paperwork, facilitating a smooth transition into our community.

"Most units in our community participate in the Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program. To ensure your household's eligibility for move-in, the information used to qualify must be no older than 120 days at that time. Upon receiving this form, your household will be added to our waiting list in chronological order, based on the provided information and your eligibility for a specific unit size and income percentage. It is crucial to notify us immediately of any changes to the information you have submitted. Being on the waiting list does not guarantee qualification for the program; it only indicates your placement on the list.

As you near the top of the waiting list, we will contact you to complete the formal application process and pay any necessary application fees. You will have 48 hours from the time of receiving the application to submit it electronically. Additionally, 30 days before your scheduled move-in, a credit and criminal screening will be conducted for all adult members of your household. Qualification for a unit is contingent upon passing this screening and the information provided in your application. Once these steps are completed and a unit becomes available, you will be notified to provide a deposit and transfer utilities into your name.
